What the SEO connection does

Switch it on and we run a search loop for your website: a monthly audit of where you stand, a plan for what to move, and drafted articles that target keywords you can win. You review the plan and publish the articles. That is your part.

What we read

Once a month we pull a full search audit of your site and store it under SEO & GEO:

  • Rankings. Where your pages sit for the keywords that matter to your business.
  • Ranked keywords. Every keyword your site already appears for, and at what position.
  • Backlinks. Who links to you and what those links are worth.
  • On-page checks. Broken pages, missing titles, slow spots, facts locked inside images.

Each period we also read keyword ideas around what already ranks and how your search traffic moved. The plan starts from data, not from guesses.

What we do with it

Every strategy period we turn the audit into a plan:

  1. Pick the keywords. We target the ones you can move fastest. A page ranking between position 5 and 30 climbs quickest, so those come first.
  2. List the site moves. Fixes and changes the audit shows, in order of what they earn.
  3. Brief the articles. Up to three per period, one target keyword each. When a keyword and a real customer question coincide, one article serves both search and AI answers.

The blog writer drafts the articles in your voice, with your facts. The plan lands on your Plan tab with the data behind it, so you can see why each move is there.

What you do

Read the plan, read the drafts, publish from SEO & GEO. About 15 minutes a week covers it. Nothing goes on your site without your approval.

What you get

Pages that rank for what buyers type, articles that answer what buyers ask, and a monthly audit that shows what moved. Your social campaigns read the audit summary and the article titles as inspiration for posts, so the search work feeds the rest of your marketing too. Next month's pull tells you, in numbers, whether it worked.

This connection lives in the Website channel.

The audience

Who you reach on SEO.

Every channel funnels here, and it is THE first-party source search and AI systems read and cite (#107). Visitors arrive mid-decision: the site's job is to answer the questions that stand between interest and money, and to be so clear about what the business is that both a hurried human and a machine quoting it get it right.

Best practices

What works on SEO.

Review the whole site quarterly and after every change to prices, hours, offerings or team. Stale facts cost trust and rankings at once.

What works
Pages that answer buyer questions: what you sell, for whom, where, at what price, why you. FAQs and docs for everything customers actually ask; author/about pages that tie content to real people.
How to write
Write for a sale: clarity over cleverness, one idea per section, explicit facts and claims stated plainly enough to quote. Plain headings that mirror what people search. Short sentences; no unexplained jargon.
Good to know
One clear next step per page, matched to the visitor's stage. Facts belong in text, never locked inside images.
What to measure
The Search section's SEO and AI-visibility audits, conversion rate per page, and whether AI systems cite the site for target questions. Traffic up with conversions flat means a relevance gap. Fix the page before buying more reach.
What to avoid
Vague homepage poetry; facts locked inside images; stale hours, prices and team pages; manufactured expertise signals; pages with three competing CTAs or none.
