The story
Huuve started from a simple observation: AI changed what a small team can ship. Products that used to need a department now need a sharp spec, a lean stack and relentless iteration — so we built a studio around exactly that.
We run our own products and take on client work with the same playbook and the same codebase kernel. Everything on this site — including most of the blog you'll find here — is produced by the kind of AI workflows we set up for clients. We eat the cooking.
Huuve was founded by Jakob Nørgaard, who still writes the specs, reviews the code and answers the intro calls.
What we believe
AI-first, not AI-flavored
We don't sprinkle AI on top. Products start from the question "what would this look like if AI did the work?" — content engines, agents and automation are the backbone.
Minimal dependencies
One stack (Nuxt + Cloudflare + Firebase), everything else via API. Every dependency we don't add is one that can't break, bill or leak.
Ship, measure, repeat
Weeks to launch, not quarters. Real users beat roadmap theatre, and small systems keep products easy to change.
