Set up your LinkedIn Company Page
If any part of your business sells to other businesses — or hires — LinkedIn is where your credibility gets checked. The Company Page is the anchor: people look it up before meetings, and Google ranks it for your brand name.
What you need
A personal LinkedIn profile. Pages are created and managed by people, and LinkedIn requires your personal profile to be genuine (real name, some history) before it lets you create a Page.
Create the Page
- On LinkedIn, open For Business (the grid menu), then Create a Company Page.
- Choose Company, enter the name exactly as your business is called, and claim a clean public URL.
- Add your website, industry, company size and type.
- Upload the logo and a cover image; write the tagline — one sharp line about what you do.
Complete it fully
Pages with complete profiles get substantially more visibility:
- About section: what you do, for whom, and what makes you different — write the first two lines for skimmers.
- Location(s) and a custom button (Visit website, Contact us).
- Add colleagues as employees (they link themselves via their own profiles) — a Page with visible people reads as real.
What actually gets reach
- Text posts and document carousels outperform links; personal stories outperform corporate announcements.
- The first two lines decide the "see more" click — front-load the point.
- Post 2-4 times a week on weekdays; comments in the first hour decide distribution.
- Posts from PEOPLE travel further than posts from Pages: pair the Page with founder posts when you can.
Connect it to Huuve
In Huuve, open Connections, press Connect next to LinkedIn, and sign in. Choose whether Huuve publishes to the Company Page or a personal profile — pick the Page for brand content. Approve the permissions and Huuve drafts professional, native posts for your approval.
If something fails
- The Page is missing in the chooser: your personal account is not a super admin of the Page — check the Page's admin settings.
- Cannot create a Page: LinkedIn blocks brand-new or sparse personal profiles from creating Pages; fill out your own profile and add connections first.
