Connect Huuve to ChatGPT or Claude
Add Huuve to your AI assistant once, then plan, write and answer in your own words, right inside ChatGPT or Claude.
Huuve works inside ChatGPT and Claude. Connect it once, then ask in your own words: "Plan next week's posts around our autumn menu", "How did our ads do this month?" or "Answer the new reviews". Your assistant does the work in your Huuve workspace, as you.
The address
Every assistant connects to the same address:
This address is for your assistant, not for your browser. Opening it in a browser brings you to this guide.
Connect Claude
- Open Claude on the web or in the desktop app and go to Settings, then Connectors.
- Press Add custom connector.
- Name it Huuve and paste https://huuve.com/mcp as the address. Press Add.
- Press Connect next to Huuve. Sign in to Huuve, and press Allow.
- Back in Claude, Huuve is connected. It works in the Claude apps on your phone too.
On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner of the Claude organization adds the connector first. Then each person presses Connect and signs in with their own Huuve account.
Connect ChatGPT
- Open ChatGPT on the web and go to Settings, then Apps (called Connectors on some plans).
- If your plan asks for it, turn on Developer mode under Advanced settings.
- Press Create (or Add). Name it Huuve, paste https://huuve.com/mcp as the address, and choose OAuth to sign in.
- Sign in to Huuve, and press Allow.
- In a chat, pick Huuve from the tools menu, or just ask for it by name.
The menu names in ChatGPT and Claude change now and then. Look for Connectors or Apps in Settings, and a way to add your own with an address.
What it can do
Your assistant works as you, so it can do only what you can do in Huuve:
- Read your marketing: your brand, daily results, posts, ads, website plan, to-dos, competitors, mentions and inbox.
- Work through your to-dos, like the website fixes from your search plan, and tick them off with a note of what it did.
- Ask Huuve to plan posts and ads, write them, and change them.
- Answer messages, comments and reviews.
- Send you a link to upload photos and videos from your phone.
- Help you start a workspace or connect a new channel: it shows what each channel brings and costs, and sends you a link. You see the price and sign in to the platform yourself, in your browser.
Nothing goes live before you or your assistant approves it in Huuve.
Use Huuve with your Shopify or WordPress
Huuve plans the work for your website: the fixes to make and the articles worth writing, each one a to-do. Your assistant can do them for you when it can reach your site too.
Add your store's or site's own connector in the same assistant, next to Huuve:
- Shopify: Shopify's official connector for Claude and ChatGPT.
- WordPress.com: the WordPress.com connector, on plans that include it.
- Your own WordPress site: a WordPress plugin that adds a connector for Claude and ChatGPT.
- Ask: "Do my Huuve to-dos."
- The assistant reads your to-dos in Huuve, makes the changes or writes the articles in your store or site, and ticks each to-do off with a note of what it did.
You decide what it may change. Each platform asks you to approve its access, and you can take it back there any time.
If it fails
- "This link is not complete": start the connection again from your assistant.
- No workspace shows up: sign in to Huuve with the same account you use in the app. New to Huuve? Start your workspace at huuve.com/app/new, or ask the person who runs your business's Huuve to invite you.
- It stopped working: a connection ends after 90 days without use. Connect it again the same way.
Disconnecting
In Huuve, go to Account, then Connected apps, and press Disconnect next to the assistant. It stops at once. You can also remove Huuve in your assistant's own settings.
