How Huuve works with WordPress

WordPress runs your site. Huuve writes the articles that bring searchers to it, and publishes them there once you approve. Your part takes minutes: read a draft and say yes.

What we read

Before we write, we look at what your site already has:

  • The articles we already published, so we never repeat a question your site already answers, and new ones link to them.
  • Your products and services, so each article links to the page it serves.
  • Your search numbers, so the plan builds on what already ranks.

What we do there

Each week starts with a keyword plan: the real questions your customers type into search or ask an assistant. For each question we write one article that answers it in the first paragraph, then explains the detail under headings that match how people ask.

When you approve an article, we publish it as a post on your WordPress site with:

  • The title written for the search result it should win.
  • Headings that match how people ask, and a short FAQ at the end.
  • Links to your related articles and to the page it serves.

We write on the plan's rhythm, one article a week. One well-researched article beats five thin ones.

What you get

Every article is a page that can rank. Search engines and assistants crawl your site. A page with one clear answer on one topic is the page readers find. Each article carries one clear next step, so a visit can become a customer.

With Search Console connected, you see clicks, impressions and your top pages. The next plan builds on what ranked.

The audience

Who you reach on WordPress.

People who reach the business's own site from Google or an AI answer, looking for an answer or a reason to choose. Each article is a page they can land on.

Best practices

What works on WordPress.

Publish on the plan's rhythm, never in bursts: one well-researched article a week beats five thin ones.

What works
Answer-first articles for the questions the keyword plan picked, service and location pages, FAQs.
How to write
One search question per article, answered in the first paragraph, then the detail under headings that match how people ask. Categories and tags only where they help a reader.
Good to know
Keep permalinks stable, set a featured image and the meta description, and never publish over an existing URL.
What to measure
Clicks and impressions per article (Search Console), visits and sign-ups from them (Analytics).
What to avoid
Thin articles, many on the same question, changed URLs, pages nobody links to.

Blog post
An article that answers one search question fully and brings readers to your own site.
## What works in a blog post - **Write for one search question.** Pick one thing a customer types into search and answer it fully. One post, one question. - **Put the answer early.** Give the short answer in the first 100 words, then explain. Pages that answer fast do better with readers and in search. - **Length:** 800–1,500 words for most topics. Go longer only when the topic needs it. Cut every word that adds nothing. - **Title:** under 60 characters, with the search phrase near the front. Say what the reader gets, not how great it is. - **Headings:** one H1 (the title). Break the body with H2s every 150–300 words. Each H2 answers a sub-question a reader would ask. - **Paragraphs:** 1–3 sentences. Use lists and tables where they say it faster than prose. - **Meta description:** 140–155 characters. State the answer or the benefit. It decides whether the searcher clicks. - **URL slug:** short, lowercase, hyphens, the main phrase only (e.g. `/how-much-does-a-fence-cost`). Never change a slug after publish without a redirect. - **Images:** one image every 300–400 words. Show the real work, not stock poses. Write alt text that says what the picture shows. - **Links:** 2–4 links to other pages on the same site (services, related posts) and 1–2 to trusted outside sources. Use plain link text that says where the link goes. - **Proof over claims:** use real numbers, prices, timelines and examples from the business. A price range beats an adjective. - **End with one next step:** book, call, or read the related service page. One ask, not three. - **Cadence:** 1–2 posts a week beats a burst then silence. Update old posts that still rank; freshness helps. - **Voice:** write to "you", the customer. Active voice. No hype, no filler intro ("In today's world…"). Start with the point.
